Non-Criminal Certificate - Income Certificate Extended by 1 Year, Benefit Over Rs. 17 Lakh





An important decision for millions of youth, students, children, parents of the state, the Chief Minister has announced to extend the period of caste certificate-income pattern for SEBC classes by 1 year. Examples of such youths who have expired on 31st March will now be valid till 31st March 2021. The decision taken by the state government will benefit 17 lakh more beneficiaries.


For example the validity of certificates will be automatically extended for one year

Non-Criminal Certificate for SEBC, the time limit for income proof is 3 years. Therefore, the Chief Minister has also decided that the period of such non-criminal certificates which expires on 31st March 2020 will be automatically extended till 31-3-2021 i.e. for one year. He will not have to go to the Mamlatdar's office or any competent authority or apply online for this extension. As a result of this decision of the Chief Minister, 13 lakh 92 thousand beneficiaries of the state for income samples and 2 lakh 98 thousand beneficiaries for non-criminal certificates will benefit 17 lakh people.

You don't have to go to a government office for example in the new academic year

With the start of the new academic year after the lockdown, millions of such youths will not have to go to the Mamlatdar's office or government office to get non-criminal certificate certificates and such samples will be valid for one more year ending March 31, 2020. The caste certificate issued to the youth of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the State remains valid for life. Holders of such SC, ST caste certificates will also be able to get the certificates obtained from the competent authority and there is no time limit for the same..
