Gujarat Corona update 3 august 2020
About 250 to 300 cases of corana were reported in the city and district at one time. However in the last few days the cases have been coming around 150 to 170. 155 cases were reported in the city and district yesterday. While 107 patients have recovered and 2 patients have died. The last of these was the deaths of 1 patient on 16 April and 2 patients on 12 April. The daily death toll has never been 2 since April 16. Thus, less than 3 deaths have been reported after 107 days.
In Gujarat, 1009 cases of corona were reported today. The total death toll from Corona has reached 2509 with 22 more deaths in the state today. There are currently 14,614 active cases in the state, while 47,561 people have been discharged. The total number of infected people in the state has reached 64,684, while there are 14,614 active cases.
A total of 22 people were killed in the state today in Ahmedabad Corporation 6, Surat Corporation 6, Surat 5, Bhavnagar Corporation 1, Junagadh 1, Kutch 1, Rajkot 1, Vadodara Corporation 1.
198 cases were reported in Surat Corporation, 139 in Ahmedabad Corporation, 80 in Vadodara Corporation, 70 in Rajkot Corporation and 60 in Surat.
A total of 974 patients recovered and 19,769 tests were performed in the state today. 8,34,104 tests have been conducted in the state so far.
Corona cases in India have crossed 18 lakh today while corona cases in Gujarat have crossed 64 thousand. However, one of the good things about the increasing cases of corona is that the recovery rate of corona patients is also higher in India as compared to other countries. On the other hand, the highest corona transmission in Gujarat is in Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara. In the last 24 hours, 1009 cases of corona have been reported in the state.
The total number of corona cases registered in the state today has reached 64,684. Today, 974 patients have recovered and so far a total of 47,561 patients have undergone coronary heart disease. All of these have been discharged from the hospital. So the recovery rate in Gujarat is 73 percent. At the same time, it is a matter of concern that after Surat and Ahmedabad in the state, Vadodara and Rajkot are now witnessing a surge in corona cases.
Today most patients recovered in Banaskantha
In 24 hours, more patients have recovered in Banaskantha district than in Surat-Ahmedabad. In Banaskantha, 147 patients have died of corona, while in Ahmedabad, 109 patients have recovered and in Surat, 195 patients have recovered.
How many patients died from corona?
The state has claimed 22 patients from Corona in the last 24 hours. So far, 2,509 patients have died during treatment in the state. Importantly, corona virus cases have crossed 18 lakh in India. While more than 38 thousand patients have died in the country so far.
The city of Vadodara has been hit by the Corona virus in the last one week. In Vadodara, 110 patients were cremated in 7 days from July 27 to August 2 as per the guideline of Corona. Five more patients died today while undergoing treatment for corona virus in Vadodara. All the final rites were performed as per the guideline of the government.
