Roti Pizza Recipe
Give your lagasy a roti an Italian twist with this a roti pizza recipe. It replaces the classic pizza base with roti and is topped with a generous amount of veggies and cheese. It tastes testy and makes for a quick and easy snack.
Ingredients of a Roti Pizza
2 Rotis
100 gm Grated cheese
100 Grated cheese
250 gm Corn
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
1 Capsicum, chopped
250 gm Mushroom, chopped
1 Small onion, chopped
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilli flakes
to taste Salt
1 tsp Pepper
How to Make a Roti Pizza
1.Start by adding a corn, mushroom and onion in a bowl. Season it with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well.
2.Take a roti, spread pizza sauce on it till it reaches all a corners. Garnish it with cheese, be generous.
3.Add the seasoned vegetables on a top of the cheese.
4.Bake the roti pizza in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. You can also slow a cook it in a tawa till the cheese melts. The roti pizza or rotizza is ready!
